In my opinion, this is the perfect post for a Pink Saturday. It was my granddaughter, Eloise’s, Christmas present. You would NEVER know my son and his wife bought it off of Craig’s List a tad bit dirty. They cleaned up the tires, added the little basket, and touched up all the other spots that were in need of a bit of tender loving care. They paid a whopping $40.00 for it, and you do no want to know what that bike really goes for new....way out of their price range. Great buy!
Please be sure to stop by Beverly’s How Sweet the Sound to see all the many lovely pink posting for this Saturday.
What a sweet bike. My kids do alot of Craig's list things as well. I love it that something gets a new life instead of always buying new.
ReplyDeleteStil feeling under the weather. Time for a little medical help if I don't improve.
(((((HUGS))))
That is a great pink bike. I am sure your granddaughter was more than pleased.
ReplyDeleteHappy Pink Saturday Genie Sweetie...
ReplyDeleteOh what a precious share. I love your grand daughter, Eloise's Christmas present. With a little bit of soap and water, a precious little basket, she has a gift that she will love for years to come. As they say one man's trash is truly another man's treasure. I have bought 2 bikes now off of Craig's list for the grands. They were SO thrilled too. I can't wait to see a picture of Eloise on her little bike, riding down the sidewalk. I know she just loved it. So full of pinkness.

Christmas morning is perfect when little ones are around. I would have loved to see the look on her face when she saw her new bike. Happy Pink Saturday, Char
ReplyDeleteAwwww, how sweet! I'm sure your granddaughter is going to love her new pink bike. When I was a little girl, I loved my bike and pretended it was my car, and the mailbox was the gas station. You know, back in the days when kids had to use their imaginations!
ReplyDeleteHappy Pink Saturday!
