Pink Saturday ~ 1-29-11

Memories
When we were in Belize a while back, my husband’s main way to get around was either by foot or by bike. While visiting a little seaside town, he selected this girl’s rental bicycle which he appropriately named “The Pink Cadillac.” All I can say is he was a hoot and a half riding up and down the dirt roads on this thing. “He" on “it" was definitely an eye-catcher.

Please stop by Beverly’s "How Sweet the Sound” to see more lovely pink posts from around the world.

  1. If you have the endurance, that is a great way to sight see. It is cheap, good exercise and you can stop and enjoy something.

  6. I told he got the pink bike for you.

I teach ESOL to immigrant children in a primary school, and once a week, I volenteer in my chruch and teach ESOL to adults.

How I got zapped? The area has stone walls, but the walls fell in some places, so they line just one wire across the stone walls. Some wires were low enough for me to step over, some were a bit too high. I thought, I either go under , or try to go over. The stones were crumbly, and I tried to go over, and that was when I go zapped.

This reminds me of the song, to high, can't get over it, too low can't get under it.
